| Food supplements and Special Creams can only be returned in unopened packaging and within 14 days after receipt and only by agreement with us. Goods returned to us will always be destroyed regardless of the reason for the return.
If you receive goods that have either been damaged during delivery, delivered by mistake or otherwise defective, please contact us at postmaster@vipmedica.com We will then advise you of the correct method of return. When returning goods, please enclose a copy of your invoice. |
